We want to make the process of choosing and ordering your new made-to-measure curtains, blinds and accessories as simple and enjoyable as possible. We offer some great services to help you along the way.
You can place an order with us in a couple of different ways. You can place an order here on our website, in one of our participating stores, or over the phone by calling 0330 333 3444 to chat to one of our experts.

What happens once you’ve placed an order?
If you have placed an order with us, first of all, thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with all the important details such as your order number, and the items and services you have purchased. You will receive email updates on the progress of your order. You can also track your order using our online order tracking.
If, however, you are still not comfortable doing this yourself, we have an excellent measure and fitting service. Simply follow these links to book an expert to come and measure and fit your curtains and blinds for you.
Please note, we currently do not offer this service in the following locations: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Orkney, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Anglesey.
Only a few lucky stores currently hold curtains and blinds, but they would love to have you pay them a visit.
Made-to-measure items – Your right to cancel does not apply to products that are made to your specifications. This includes all made-to-measure curtains, blinds and accessories.
General – When your goods have been delivered you have a reasonable opportunity to make sure that they are the goods you ordered. If not you should not cut into, fit or use them.

We charge £40 for up to 10 windows. Please book this service prior to placing an order for made to measure blinds or curtains.
